1 Thorium Ticket = conversion right to 1 Emerald Horizon AG share
You subscribe to a convertible loan and thus receive the right to convert your loan into Emerald Horizon AG shares at a fixed conversion price of EUR 322.39 per share either at the time of the IPO or by May 31, 2029 at the latest.
For each loan amount of EUR 322.39 you will receive a Thorium Ticket and thus a conversion right to 1 Emerald share.
Example: Loan amount EUR 4,835.85 = 15 Thorium Tickets
If the price of the Emerald share is higher than EUR 322.39 at the time of conversion, conversion makes sense.
Example: Share price EUR 3,332.39 = you receive one share worth EUR 3,332.39 per Thorium ticket (profit: EUR 3000.-)
If the price of the Emerald share is less than EUR 322.39 at the time of conversion, you can decide not to convert and receive your full loan amount back.
Example: Share price EUR 200 = you get back EUR 322.39 per Thorium ticket.
