Together, they aim to advance SMRX technology from the development stage toward industrialization, scaling, and mass production. <\/p>\n<p>Emerald Horizon CEO <strong>Florian Wagner<\/strong> explains the wide range of potential applications for SMRX\u2014from data centers and hospitals to industrial facilities and renewable energy, as well as shipping, airports, and regions without existing energy infrastructure. He explains the so-called <strong>ADES Loop<\/strong>, the role of thorium and a particle accelerator\u2014and why safety has been an integral part of the technological design from the very beginning.  <\/p>\n<p>Finally, with <strong>Hans Priem<\/strong> and <strong>Markjan Vermeer<\/strong> from VDL, the focus is on the crucial step from prototype to industrial production: How can complex technologies be manufactured in a reproducible and robust manner and in large quantities?
